This page explains what happens to your personal data when you visit kerdomax.com or write to us. Kerdomax is a simple, static informational website — it does not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, or contact forms. The only personal data we ever receive is what you choose to send us directly by email.

What data we collect

This site itself collects nothing automatically — there are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no forms. The only personal data we process is what you send us voluntarily, for example when you email info@kerdomax.com: typically your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.

Why we process it

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps towards a business relationship at your request. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us, and, where discussions progress, on taking pre‑contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence only for as long as it's relevant to your enquiry or any resulting engagement, and delete it once it's no longer needed, unless we're required to keep it longer by law (for example, accounting records).

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be processed by service providers who help us run our business, acting as our processors under their own data processing terms:

• Google Ireland Limited — hosts our email (Google Workspace).
• Vercel Inc. — hosts this website.
• Google LLC — serves the web fonts used on this site (fonts.googleapis.com); loading a font makes a direct request to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. No cookies are set by this.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to our processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@kerdomax.com.

Complaints

If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifisias 1‑3, 115 23 Athens, Greece — www.dpa.gr.
